Administrative management and human resources, according to its planned programs of operational plan, held its second meeting with the title of “Human resource management and organizational behavior” to improve the capacity of employees. These meetings, which are held to improve and develop the capacity of employees and to make organizational behavior more efficient, started with the participation of 9 university employees. The meetings are held periodically about co-related topics to reduce misunderstandings in administrative relations and also increase productivity in assigned affairs and duties. More important goal of these series meetings is to familiarize employees with the professional and specialized roles of management, which is presented in the form of ten management skills in practical sessions. In these meetings, management skills are taught for employees with real and tangible examples, which can provide the grounds of professional performance and efficiency of talents, and ultimately lead to increase the productivity of the organization by relying on efficient human resources. It should be noted that the series meetings will be hold weekly in the form of speech, presenting professional management skills, and questions and answers to daily management problems of employees.
