Universities are one of the most important and valuable social institutions that play the key role in developing a society. Higher education is one of the most effective factors in performing comprehensive development programs. If training and providing committed specialized human resources is considered the main mission of higher education to fulfil the need of country, then the higher education institutions should pay deep attention on two quantitative and qualitative dimensions. Progress will be fruitful by balanced growth of both dimensions. Improving the quality of education is the lofty goal of any educational system. Failing in achieving this goal leads to wasting economic resources, weakening confidence and inconstancy in individual and social personality of learners.
Therefore, applying approach of internal and external evaluations in order to continuously improve university educational and official system, is a process that can be considered a suitable mechanism for continuous improvement of higher education system quality and its promotion. It guarantees the university’s contribution to higher education and social development. To achieve the above goals, although the University continuously has conducted internal evaluations, but now, is honor to host for the first time the Board team of “Monitoring and Evaluation of Private Bachelor Programs” led by the Head of the institution, Judge Abdul Bari Ghaffari, Supervision of Implementation of Laws and Academic Affairs proficient, Mr. Qari, Mustaqeem Nezami, and member of scientific staff professor of Ghazni University Mr. Mohammad Massoud Niknam.
The evaluation team visited the university on Sunday and Monday, 29th and 30th May 2022, and evaluated the faculties of economics, law and political science from different dimensions. Honorable members of the team in final meeting in the University called it one of the leading institutions in higher education and expressed their satisfaction from the scientific and research works of University.
