To increase the awareness level of the members of the Plan and Policy Committee and the employees of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University (Ghazni branch), a workshop on awareness of how to develop a strategic plan was held on May 24, 2025, at the office of the University Chancellor, organized by the Office of Quality Improvement and Planning.
In this workshop, attended by the University Chancellor, vice Chancellors, faculty deans, and administrative staff, Mr. Mohammad Hadi Poya, Head of Quality Improvement and Planning, explained the process of developing a strategic plan and outlined the main steps for its formulation. He emphasized that adhering to the key steps, along with making realistic decisions when setting strategies, and maintaining accuracy and balance between the budget and planned programs, can help create an effective and efficient strategic plan.
Mr. Poya further noted that the presence of all colleagues during the development of the strategic plan can positively impact the understanding and formulation of the plan.
