In order to familiarize newly admitted students with the academic and administrative bylaws and regulations of the university, an orientation and introductory session was held for the new entrants of the Fall 1404 Kankor on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, in the Abu Rayhan Hall.
This session was organized through the initiative of the Office of Student Affairs in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Invitation, and Islamic Guidance. The event was attended by the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs, the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the Vice-Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs, several professors, and the newly admitted Fall 1404 Kankor students.
The program began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Safiullah Saeedi and continued with a speech by the Vice-Chancellor for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Professor Karimi. In his remarks, Professor Karimi warmly welcomed the professors and students and provided explanations regarding the procedures for credit selection as well as the financial and administrative regulations of the university.
Following this, Professor Ma’refat, the organizer of the session, delivered his speech. While welcoming the professors and congratulating the newly admitted students on embarking upon a new stage of their academic journey—marked by capacity building and advancement into the realm of specialization—he elaborated on the bylaws and regulations governing the academic process in its various stages
