On Saturday, June 20, 2025, an educational and awareness-raising program focused on introducing the capacities and future prospects of the disciplines of Law and Political Science was held for 12th-grade students at Noor Private High School in Ghazni.
This program was organized by the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University (PBUH), Ghazni Branch, in collaboration with the University’s Counseling and Career Center.
The event began with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Quran and continued with remarks by Mr. Kamaluddin Azimi, a faculty member of the Department of Law and Head of the Counseling and Career Center at Khatam -Al-Nabieen University. In his presentation titled “Effective Learning Techniques for Students”, Mr. Azimi discussed key strategies related to study methods, concentration, and academic planning.
He further emphasized the Center’s full readiness to provide counseling services, academic guidance, and job placement support for both students and graduates.
The second speaker of the event was Dr. Hassan Reza Shayanfar, Professor and Head of the Department of Law. Dr. Shayanfar offered a comprehensive overview of the capacities, career pathways, and social significance of the disciplines of Law and Political Science. He guided students on the importance of making informed and goal-oriented academic choices.
He described Law as one of the key and impactful disciplines, offering diverse career opportunities in governmental, judicial, legal, international, and non-governmental institutions. He also highlighted the critical role of Political Science in the analysis, management, and leadership of public and social affairs.
The program concluded with an interactive Q&A session and was warmly received by the participating students.
