In order to improve and enhance the level of performance and service delivery, a meeting to review and evaluate the performance of Khatam Al-Nabieen (PBUH) University, Ghazni Branch, from the perspective of the professors, was held on August 25, 2025, in the office of the University Chancellor with the participation of the Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, and professors.
The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Mr. Kamaluddin Azimi, Head of the Counseling Department, and continued with the remarks of the esteemed Chancellor of the University, Dr. Habibi. At the beginning of his speech, he welcomed the participants and described the professors as the main and key component of a university. He expressed appreciation and gratitude for their sincere and dedicated efforts, noting that in educating and preparing the country’s human resources, they strive tirelessly beyond their formal duties.
The Chancellor further emphasized the need for openness and transparency in expressing views by the professors, adding that clarity, transparency, and honesty in presenting opinions would help in better identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the university and would contribute to improving performance.
Subsequently, Professor Mohammad Hadi Poya, Head of Quality Assurance and Planning, delivered his remarks and presented the professors’ views on the university based on a survey that had been conducted earlier. At the beginning of his presentation, he thanked the University President and colleagues present in the meeting, then explained the method of preparing the report and the evaluation indicators used in the survey. He then discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the university based on the evaluations.
At the end of the program, the respected University Chancellor, considering the points presented, provided the necessary explanations and made recommendations and emphases aimed at strengthening the positive aspects and reducing the weaknesses.
