For many long years, war and insecurity have caused many of Afghan Citizens live with disabilities for various reasons as: explosives, Lake of health facilities, malnutrition and etc. Beside serious attention of the government, it is the duty of sectors of society to supporting them. The University as an academic institution, considers supporting the disabled community of the country as its duty and tries to provide the grounds to support them as much as possible. In this regard, a treaty of cooperation was signed between the university and Ghazni Association of the Disabled. The purpose of signing this treaty is to provide necessary support for disabled community of Ghazni province as to afford ground of B.A. degree for them. And to help develop book reading culture amongst disabled community, provide counseling and to enhance their professional capacities.
