The 23rd Session of the Separate Entrance Examination of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University (Ghazni Branch) for the Fall Semester 2025 was successfully and prominently held on Friday, August 8, 2025, in the presence of university officials and the Supervisory Board from the Ministry of Higher Education.
The event commenced with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Qari Mohammad Ali Hussaini, one of the entrance exam candidates, followed by a performance by Mr. Bismillah Fetrat, Director of Public Relations at the university. The ceremony continued with speeches delivered by Dr. Habibi, Chancellor of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University (Ghazni Branch), and Associate Professor Safa, a member of the Ministry of Higher Education’s Supervisory Board.
Dr. Habibi, the university chancellor, warmly welcomed the Ministry delegation and expressed gratitude for their cooperation with the Ghazni branch. He emphasized the pivotal role of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University in realizing the motto “Commitment and Expertise” and in the development of society. Furthermore, he assured the candidates of the university’s full commitment to quality, integrity, adherence to regulations, and compliance with the Ministry of Higher Education’s principles throughout all educational processes.
Subsequently, Associate Professor Mohammad Mustafa Safa, faculty member of the Department of Literature at Ghazni University, representing the Ministry’s Supervisory Board, praised the efforts of Dr. Habibi and the university’s faculty. He highlighted the positive impact of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University in nurturing committed and skilled students. Addressing the candidates, he stressed the importance of personal responsibility, stating, “The responsibility for significant changes in a student lies with the student themselves, not with the university professor; therefore, the student must have the willpower and recognize their historical mission.”
At the conclusion of the ceremony, Mr. Ahmad Reza Razavi, Director of Examinations at the university, provided candidates with detailed instructions regarding the examination procedures and guidelines for answering the questions.
