In this workshop, the Dean of University stated that the observance of administrative principles and hierarchy is an important principle in any organization, but the observance of human ethics and character is a complement and adorn of the principle. Therefore, observing ethical and administrative principles together is important and necessary for all staffs of the University. The workshop went on by the presentation of the administrative-financial deputy who explained the concepts of administrative hierarchy and explained the rules of observing office hierarchy for the employees.
Then, the administrative management and human resources explained the principles and administrative rules of the university and provided the necessary advice and training to the participants. Finally, the University Applied Training Center explained its activities to the staff and announced that she is ready to hold and afford any necessary training course for the staffs.
