Legal Theses Festival of the Research Institute of Law and Jurisprudence of
Iran. This remarkable success reflects his valuable academic efforts and

His
thesis, titled “Principles and Rules Governing Commercial Mediation and Legal
Approaches for Its Development: A Comparative Study of the Legal Systems of
Iran, Afghanistan, and UNCITRAL 2021 Rules,” was recognized as the outstanding

practical perspectives.
