In order to improve and enhance performance and service delivery, a meeting to review and discuss the performance of Khatam -Al-Nabieen University (PBUH), Ghazni Branch, from the perspective of administrative employees was held on 13 August 2025, with the presence of the University Chancellor, vice-Chancellors, and administrative staff, in the Office of the University Chancellor.
The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Mr. Sayed Amir Shah Mousavi, the esteemed IT Manager, and continued with remarks from the respected University Chancellor, Dr. Habibi. At the beginning of his speech, he expressed his appreciation for the efforts and performance of colleagues in various departments of the university and urged staff members to be candid and honest in expressing their views. He added that without frankness, transparency, and sincerity in presenting opinions and pointing out strengths and weaknesses, surveys and opinion collection will not yield the desired results.
Following this, Mr. Karimi, the esteemed Vice-Chancellor for Administration and Finance, spoke and presented the staff’s views about the university, based on a survey conducted beforehand. At the start of his presentation, the Administrative Vice-Chancellor thanked the University Chancellor and all colleagues present at the meeting, then explained the method of report preparation and the evaluation indicators used in the survey. He then discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the university based on the assessments made. In the conclusion of his presentation, he outlined the university’s priorities in light of the opinions raised.
At the end of the program, the respected University Chancellor, considering the points presented, provided the necessary clarifications and offered recommendations and emphases aimed at further enhancing the university’s strengths.
