A briefing session for the newly enrolled students of the Spring 1404 semester was held. The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs organized the briefing session for the newly enrolled students of the Spring 1404 semester at Khatam -Al-Nabieen University, Ghazni Branch, on Tuesday, April 13, 2025. The session took place in the Abu Rayhan -Al-Biruni conference hall with the presence of the university’s Chancellor, vice chancellors, deans, department heads, and new students. The session was conducted by Dr. Shayanfar, the head of the Department of Law, and began with a recitation of the Holy Quran by Azizullah, a student of Medical Treatment. The session continued with guiding remarks from the university Chancellor, Dr. Habibi. In his speech, Dr. Habibi emphasized the university’s leadership and management’s serious commitment to providing high-quality services based on commitment and expertise, and stressed that: “Newly enrolled students should focus the majority of their attention and time on their studies and learning, preparing themselves to serve society and their country as committed and specialized professionals.” Subsequently, the Vice chancellor for Student Affairs, Mr. Ustad Marifat, the Vice chancellor for Academic Affairs, Dr. Karimi, the Financial Officer, Mr. Mohebi, and the Head of the Career Counseling and Employment Center, Mr. Ustad Azimi, each provided an explanation of the regulations, policies, and introduced their respective departments.
