Identifying suitable business opportunities and achieving them is one of the serious challenges and concerns of many students, graduates and young job seekers in the country. In order to cooperate in this field, Khatam Al-Nabieen (PBUH) University, Ghazni branch, organizes job search skills workshop every year and provides the necessary training for the participants in the program. Based on this, on Tuesday, 8/22/1403, with the effort and initiative of the Employment and Counseling Center and the University-level Electronics Committee, the “Employment Skills” workshop was held in the Aburihan meeting hall.

This workshop, in which the head of university, assistants, faculty deans, professors, students and university employees participated, started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Mustafa Hakimi and continued with the speeches of Dr. Hashemi, the head of the university’s counseling center.

Dr. Hashemi, while welcoming the guests and those present at the meeting, discussed the discussion and added that this workshop explains the necessary skills in the three areas of job search, employment and business in the virtual space. Then Professor Mohammad Jalil Karimi, the vice president of financial administration of the university, spoke and discussed the basic skills for a job seeker. He considered the skills of professional resume (CV) writing, interview, communication and networking and digital skills to be among the necessary skills for a job seeker and provided the necessary explanations on this matter.

The next presenter was Mr. Mohammad Reza Mahmoodi from United Arab Emirates. He presented the “necessary skills for business in the virtual space” online for the participants of the program.

The end of this workshop was the dynamic talk of professor Mohammad Hadi Poya about “necessary skills for an office worker”. In these talks, professor Poya has expressed the skills of organizational communication, problem solving, goal setting, plan extraction and reporting skills necessary for employees and provided the necessary explanations in these cases.

It should be mentioned that the implementation of this program was carried out by Professor Mohammad Youssef Rezaei.
