The Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Khatam-Al-Nabieen University, Ghazni branch considers it necessary to use effective methods of teaching and learning in order to improve the scientific capacity of students, and the professors of this faculty try to improve the flow of education in order to achieve the goals through the active participation of students in professional activities. Make the target more useful and effective. In this regard, a trade seminar entitled “Punishment of the crime of murder in Islamic Sharia” was held on the date of 19/5/2024 during the criminology course of Dr. Khadim Hossain Habibi, the president of the university and a member of the faculty of law and political science. This professional seminar was prepared and presented by one of the students of the fifth semester of law, Mr. Abdul Basir. He presented the topics of punishment for the crime of murder according to the types of victims in Islam.
